Two Wide Mouth：Easy for sterile filling. Cell culture medium can go directly into bottom.

In order to meet people's high requirements,cell factory is made of USP VI medical grade PS material with TC treated surface, which is very suitable for cell adherent culture,. Each 10-layer cell factory is equivalent to 35 cell culture flasks of 175cm², which greatly improves the cell yield. The caps have 2 types: plug seal cap and vent cap. Vent cap has a hydrophobic film which can block bacteria and avoid cross-contamination.

Operation Steps:

1. Fill cell suspension into cell factory, each layer with 150-200mL.

2. Make cell factory stand for even distribution of liquid to each layer with liquid level upward.

3. Lay down the cell factory slowly.

4. Mix the suspension using the crisscross method and gently transfer the cell factory to CO2 incubator for incubation

5. After incubation, pour the culture liquid into the collection container

Note

Pay attention to incubation temperature and preheating the cell factory and media to the right incubation temperature in advance will help speed up cell attachment and significantly improve cell recovery.
